Job summary

EMCO Corporation, a national wholesale distributor, seeks a results-driven Sales Specialist in Canada. You will develop product knowledge, prospect new customers, manage orders, and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to close profitable sales. The role emphasizes delivering value and partnering with inside sales to drive growth.

Salary range is $55,000–$60,000 plus uncapped commission. A college diploma and strong communication skills are required, with a focus on customer service

• Engage with customers at EMCO events, trade shows and industry activities
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide prompt resolution
• Work closely with the inside sales team

Role and Responsibilities

• Comprehensive product and product application knowledge in target market segment
• Able to prospect new customers and increase sale with existing accounts
• Process customer orders to completion including pricing, substitutions (if required) and sourcing additional information
• Maintain existing accounts and build/strengthen customer relationships by evaluating customer’s needs and being the value added solution provider
• Identify customer requirements and provide profitable solutions and close the sale
• Actively engage with customers at EMCO events, trade shows and other industry activities
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide prompt, professional conflict resolution
• Work closely with the inside sales team

Additional Information

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped Commission
