Job summary

EMCO Corporation, a leading wholesale distributor of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial products in Canada, is seeking an inside sales professional. You will handle inbound calls, offer technical guidance, and process orders while collaborating with outside sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will stay current on HVAC-R lines, support pricing and availability inquiries, and build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or customer service (HVAC-R or related industry preferred).
• Working knowledge of HVAC-R products and applications, or a strong ability to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working with order entry systems and CRM/ERP software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Team player with good judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to HVAC-R products and applications.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Enter and process sales orders accurately in our order system.
• Coordinate with outside sales reps and OAMs on customer requirements and follow-up.
• Resolve customer service issues, including order discrepancies, returns, and delivery questions.
• Stay current on our HVAC-R product line.
• Support pricing, quoting, and availability inquiries.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers through responsive, knowledgeable service.
