Ideal candidates will have post-secondary studies in administration or finance, strong English, and experience with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate updates on sales initiatives to advisors, BDMs, and MGA partners.
  • Maintain inventory of sales concepts and supporting materials.
  • Distribute sales concepts and presentations to advisors as needed.
  • Track sales activities and provide visibility and insights to the sales team.
  • Proactively reach out to newly contracted advisors to offer support resources.

As a Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in Sales Directors, associates, and MGA advisors by streamlining administrative and sales processes, facilitating communication, and helping drive business development initiatives. What you’ll accomplish with us
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for administrative and sales support requests from advisors, Sales Directors, and internal team members.
  • Processing or directing requests efficiently while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to coordinate responses and provide a seamless advisor experience.
  • Communicating important business updates, sales initiatives, and announcements to advisors, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and MGA partners.
  • Managing and maintaining the inventory of sales concepts, presentations, and supporting sales materials.
  • Distributing sales concepts and presentations to advisors as needed.
  • Conducting follow-up activities related to sales campaigns, business initiatives, and major communications.
  • Proactively reaching out to newly contracted advisors to introduce available sales support services and resources.
  • Tracking sales activities and outcomes, providing visibility and insights to the sales team.
  • Producing customized advisor and sales contact lists to support business development activities.
  • Maintaining advisor segmentation information and ensuring internal documentation remains accurate and up to date.
  • Leveraging internal tools and digital platforms to support advisor engagement, activity tracking, and case management.

  • Possesses knowledge of digital communication and marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar tools.
  • Has completed post-secondary studies in administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Brings previous experience in the insurance industry, which would be considered a strong asset.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves to communicate, provide sales support, share business updates and sales materials, and collaborate with advisors, MGA partners, and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $47 544 and $79 785 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
