Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business or sales management.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize outreach, and handle multiple lead sources.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and activity tracking.
• Knowledge of JPMorganChase products and pricing practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong activity discipline with at least 25 outbound calls per day.
• Build and sustain a healthy pipeline through self-sourced leads and follow-up.
• Execute outbound campaigns via email and calls with targeted lists.
• Manage inbound referrals with rapid outreach and clear handoffs.
• Close deals by aligning terms with prospect needs and JPMorganChase value.
• Track leads, pipeline status, and activity in Salesforce.
• Report results and feedback to leadership on lead quality and conversions.
