Remote - Claims Service Representative, National Accounts (Alberta Canada)
Role Summary
Working with a team of people, you will provide administrative support services in claims creation and demonstrate a superior level of customer service. This role requires the flexibility to be available between the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Other duties may be required as needed.

Responsibilities
Claims Set Up
- Claim creation in dedicated claims management system(s) as per account instructions
- Proper triage and timely assignment of claims with 95% accuracy
- Participation in email and phone queues
- Initial contact with relevant parties
- Billing and payment processing, including billing files within specified timeframes and accurate payments as instructed
Claims Support
- Handling claims inquiries from insureds, third-party insurers, and vendors
- Providing assistance with data entry, notes, police report orders, lien searches, and other related tasks
Account Management Support
- Handling correspondence for National Account employees and maintaining a catalog of electronic devices
- Supporting claim file management in Claims Management System(s)
- Completing data integrity tasks and updates
- Assisting with other requests from supervisors and management team
Required Education & Experience
- Post-secondary education in administration, insurance, or related fields is an asset
- Experience in an administrative support role, especially within the insurance industry, is an asset
- Experience working in a dynamic team environment
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with reporting and data management is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
