Qualifications

• Exceptional customer relationship and communication skills.
• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of agriculture or turf equipment and farming/operational practices preferred.
• Ability to use standard computer systems such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company for the sale of new and used machinery to walk-in customers.
• Participate in required sales activities (cold calling, customer follow ups, monitoring, tender submissions).
• Assists Territory Managers with sales paperwork and inventory processes.
• Maintain current product and financing knowledge of all equipment, parts, and services available to customers.
• Coordinate in-branch displays and merchandising of equipment.
• Conducts equipment demonstrations and promotions.
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge.
