Pattison Agriculture Limited in Leader, SK, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced dealership. You will deliver exceptional retail service to customers through new and used agricultural and turf equipment sales, with the path to becoming a Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of agriculture or turf equipment preferred.
• Exceptional customer relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company for the sale of new and used machinery (Lawn & Garden, Compact Utility Tractors etc.) to walk-in customers.
• Participate in required sales activities (cold calling, customer follow ups, monitoring, completing tender submissions etc).
• Assists Territory Managers with sales paperwork and inventory processes.
• Maintain current product and financing knowledge of all equipment & products, parts, and services available to customers.
• Coordinate in-branch displays and merchandising of equipment.
• Conducts equipment demonstrations and promotions.
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge.

• Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
