Job summary

Pattison Agr is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-paced dealership in Canada. This role focuses on selling new/used ag and turf equipment, assisting Territory Managers, and growing into a Territory Manager position.

You will provide excellent customer service and participate in promotions and equipment demos. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, retail sales experience, and a willingness to learn about ag/turf equipment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer & communication skills.
• 1+ yrs of retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of ag/turf equipment & farming practices preferred.
• Ability to use computer systems & internet functions.
• Independent travel, valid drivers licence.
• Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to analyze/interpret basic reports.
• High School Diploma/equivalent work experience.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

• Participate in sales activities (cold calling, follow ups, quotes etc)
• Assist Territory Managers with paperwork & inventory processes
• Maintain product/finance knowledge of all equipment, parts, services available
• Displays & merchandising of equipment
• Equipment demos & promos
• Participate in training to develop skills & knowledge
