Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Territory Manager and Customer Service team to meet store sales and margin targets.
• Work with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government billing forms are completed and submitted on time.
• Perform customer service activities: receive and enter telephone orders, answer questions, track order status or product shipments, and resolve issues.
• Stock shelves and set up in-store promotional materials.
• Engage with vendors to help educate all staff on CPAP therapy products.
• Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, maintaining the ongoing accuracy of customer information.
• Collect payments to ensure customer accounts remain current.
