Job summary

Medigas, the healthcare division of Linde Canada, Inc., is seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Sleep Support Advisor in Walkerton, ON. You will handle walk-in and phone orders, support CPAP therapy education, and contribute to meeting sales targets.

You will collaborate with the Territory Manager, Customer Service, and Sleep Labs to ensure timely billing, accurate client data, and excellent service. Prioritize customers, stock shelves, assist vendors, and process payments while maintaining

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on CPAP therapy and ensure proper fitting of CPAP equipment.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager and Customer Service to meet store sales and margin targets.
• Work with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government billing forms are completed and submitted on time.
• Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, tracking order status or shipments, and resolving issues.
• Stock shelves and set up in-store promotional materials.
• Engage with vendors to educate staff on CPAP therapy products.
• Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data; maintain customer information accuracy.
• Collect payments to keep customer accounts current.
