The Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Associates are responsible for the coordination of telephone referrals, verification of criteria and appropriately funding in setting up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services. Receive and process client walk‑in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk‑in clients.

This is a new position with an annual salary range of $42,000 – $48,000.
