Job summary

ABC Supply Co. in Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Associate/Warehouse Material Handler to provide outstanding service as customers purchase roofing and siding materials. You will help customers choose products and process orders with accuracy.

You will also manage delivery preparation, organize the warehouse/yard, and assist with inventory, loading/unloading trucks, and necessary paperwork. A forklift license is preferred, and Salesforce experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for existing and new customers.
• Engage in upsell to increase sales volumes.
• Schedule and deliver orders, following up with customers as needed.
• Handle credit returns and resolve billing issues.
• Operate a forklift to assist deliveries and warehouse tasks.
• Prepare deliveries and maintain warehouse/yard organization.
• Maintain showroom and customer service counter appearance.
• Assist with inventory counts and paperwork accuracy.
