The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. What You Will Do in This Role
  • Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Close sales, prospect, negotiate, present, and utilize B2B and B2C skills
  • Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers
  • Be detail-oriented in sales of products and services
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Offer additional products and/or services with each sale
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
Your Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has:

  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, working on commission, selling products/services)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, relationship building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free home environment
  • Proficiency in multitasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop for testing; a work computer may be provided
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
