The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. Responsibilities
  1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
  2. Close sales, prospect, negotiate, and present using B2B and B2C skills.
  3. Use product knowledge to build relationships and retain customers.
  4. Be detail-oriented in sales of products and services.
  5. Track and document information in databases.
  6. Offer additional products or services with each sale.
  7. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, working on commission).
  • Understanding of sales processes, relationship building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment at home.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and learning new technologies.
  • Strong computer skills and PC knowledge.
  • A desktop or laptop for testing; equipment may be provided.
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
