Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. (Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

About the Role

As a remote Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Close sales, prospect, negotiate, and present using B2B and B2C skills
• Build client relationships and find ways to retain customers
• Be detail-oriented in sales of products and services
• Track and document information in databases
• Offer additional products/services with each sale
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven sales experience, meeting quotas, working on commission, selling products/services
• Understanding of sales processes, relationship building, communication, negotiation, closing deals
• Open availability
• High school diploma or GED
• Quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
• Proficiency in multitasking and learning new technologies
• Strong computer skills and PC knowledge
• Reliable internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
