Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and determine their needs
• Respond to inquiries regarding existing orders
• Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Enter orders into the system
• Participate in telephone sales campaigns
• Work cooperatively with other departments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office-based customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting
• Mature attitude and reliability
• Teamwork and clear communication skills
• Understanding of technical concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and ERP systems
