Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. (We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

About the Role

As a remote Inside Sales Representative, you’ll join a diverse team from 70+ countries, helping top brands improve their customer experiences through exceptional service and innovation. We provide training, support, and growth opportunities, with about 80% of managers promoted from within.

Responsibilities

1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
2. Close sales, prospect, negotiate, and present to clients using B2B and B2C skills
3. Build relationships, retain customers, and find new sales opportunities
4. Maintain detailed records in databases
5. Offer additional products/services with each sale
6. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, working on commission)
• Understanding of sales processes, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals
• Open availability and high school diploma or GED
• Quiet, distraction-free home environment
• Strong multi-tasking, computer skills, and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Reliable PC/laptop, high-speed internet, and smartphone
