Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our Winnipeg, MB team. You will handle orders, provide product information, and ensure excellent customer service for Hercules' customers on-site and over the phone.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience, strong communication and time-management skills, and a drive to meet daily outbound goals. This role offers a competitive salary plus bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Managers with quotes, orders and correspondence.

We are looking for a full time Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. Our ideal candidate will represent Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies with a strong positive attitude and a drive to succeed; all in an effort to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

• Provides excellent customer service and promotes a positive experience to Hercules' prospective and current customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met on-site.
• Enters all orders in a timely manner and communicates the information to the respective personnel.
• Maintains an accurate database – update customer information as required.
• Assists customers with product information and other inquiries.
• Proactively contacts the customer to promote Hercules' products and services to meet/exceed daily outbound call goals.
• Responsible for the day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, Territory Managers and the product supply functions within Hercules.
• Client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications.
• Supports Territory Managers with a focus on fulfilling quotations, orders and correspondence.
• Responsibilities include making hoses, including hydraulic hoses.

Required knowledge and training

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
