Hercules SLR Inc. in Dartmouth, NS, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales for our Stellar Industrial branch. You will handle orders, support sales activities, and provide excellent service on-site in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a Monday to Friday 8-5 schedule with comprehensive benefits and development opportunities. Must reside in the area and pass background checks as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enters all orders in a timely manner and communicates information to the respective personnel.
• Maintains an accurate database and updates customer information as required.
• Assists customers with product information and other inquiries.
• Proactively contacts the customer to promote Stellar products and services to meet/exceed daily outbound call goals.
• Responsible for day-to-day interactions and sales between customers, Territory Managers and product supply functions.
• Client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications.
• Supports Territory Managers with quotations, orders and correspondence.
• Responsibilities include making hoses, including hydraulic hoses.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met on-site.
