Job summary

Olympia Tile+Stone Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for showroom customers at our Toront o branch. You will process orders, provide product expertise, and work closely with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

The role requires 1–3 years in inside sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A high school diploma is required, with ERP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of inside sales or customer service experience (retail, distribution, or building materials asset).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary sales/administration coursework preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with ERP/order entry systems is considered an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom and order desk customers with technical guidance and product knowledge.
• Receive and process orders by phone, email, and in person with accurate pricing and approvals.
• Process payments for cash orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to schedule deliveries and resolve shipping issues.
• Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and customer communications.
• Promote new products and maintain showroom displays and samples.
• Collaborate with external sales representatives to support customer accounts.

Salary Range: $39,520.00 To $43,680.00 Annually

What You'll Do

• Five (5) day work week, must be able to work Sundays
