Job summary

Nedco in Peterborough, ON is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to directly service customers by phone and email, process orders and quotations, and confirm stock availability. You will suggest alternatives as needed and contribute to customer satisfaction and growth.

You will also make follow-up calls on quotations, perform outbound calls to expand business, and assist customers with ecommerce inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Be computer literate with basic ERP/CRM knowledge.
• AS400 experience would be an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.
• Team player with product knowledge of the electrical business.
• 1-5 years at an electrical distributor experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone and email on a daily basis.

As an Inside Sales Representative based in Peterborough, ON, your essential duties will be to:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50000 – 60000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
