Would you be described as a driven individual who enjoys creating solutions and challenging yourself? Then the Master Group might be the place for you! Our team is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for supporting residential HVAC customers. With the opportunity to join a highly engaged team focused on growing the business, the successful candidate will assist in the promotion of company products to generate increased sales and maintain great relationships with customers.

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Provide product solutions for incoming inquiries.
  • Review and evaluate plans and specifications.
  • Determine residential HVAC equipment requirements to meet the individual client’s needs.
  • Determine commercial HVAC-R equipment (Low-Temp, Comfort Cooling, Heating and Ventilation) requirements to meet the individual clients’ needs.
  • Deliver dealer program offering to client
  • Prepare quotations based on project plans/specifications and complete proposals.
  • Prepare technical drawings and data sheets for clients’ approval.
  • Answer calls from clients and external representatives.
  • Ensure projects take offs are accurate and complete.
  • Provide the contractor with material lists and quotations thru written and verbal communication.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their full satisfaction, either verbally or in writing.
  • Provide after PO support to answer questions, meet delivery expectations
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or service

What You Bring to Our Team:

  • Previous similar working experience in HVAC field with advanced technical knowledge
  • Relevant College and/or University education (HVAC)
  • Professional phone manner and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Good sales abilities and persuasiveness
  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to close sales and work under pressure
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Initiative & resourcefulness
  • Completion of sales related training programs (an asset
