The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for retention and churn reduction of assigned account base and for the acquisition of net new accounts for General Freight and lead generation across all divisions. You will maintain good relationships with internal and external contacts with a pleasant, professional and confident demeanor on the phone and in-person.
