Job summary

PAG Direct is seeking an Inside Sales/Business Development Representative for the Thornhill Hyundai location in Ontario. You will manage the sales lifecycle, book appointments, educate on manufacturer programs, review inventory, and pursue the close while maintaining customer relationships.

In-office role with a schedule that includes weekdays and weekends. Base salary with performance bonus, benefits after probation, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing sales.
• Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or software/digital solutions.
• Automotive industry knowledge and OMVIC license required.
• Ability to prioritize and respond quickly to customer requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and positive attitude.
• Call centre experience is a plus.
• Additional languages (Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian) are assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound and outbound communication with customers via phone or email.
• Coordinate customer appointments to fit both customer and dealership needs.
• Accurately review and enter customer appointments, inquiries and concerns into the dealer software.
• Create and foster relationships to generate sales growth.
• Build personal rapport with customers and work with management to deliver the best experience.
• Meet individual and team goals.
• Contribute ideas to streamline processes and close gaps.
