Key Responsibilities:- Actively identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the small/medium business segment to create new revenue opportunities.
- Conducting thorough research on prospective clients to tailor your approach and align solutions with their needs.
- Preparing for client interactions by gathering necessary materials and customizing your strategy for medium-complexity sales engagements.
- Negotiating and closing sales by effectively articulating our value proposition, ensuring mutual success.
- Following structured sales processes to maximize effectiveness and achieve high performance.
- Presenting Waste Management products and services through a consultative methodology, showcasing clear benefits aligned with client goals.

Basic Qualifications:
Education & Experience:- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales, customer engagement, or related roles.
Skills & Competencies:- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions.
