Henon is a pioneer of AI and automation software providing PE firms and their portfolio companies with a full stack technology suite encompassing Data warehousing, Applications, Modelling and Reporting functions into a single platform.
What you will do o Work with Private Equity (PE) CFO’s daily to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into the cloudo Lead the full sales-cycle, from initial interest to deal close and coordinate collaboration cross-functionally with customer success, technical teams, etc.o Understand AI and the application of AI tools in the PE workflowo Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotaso Build relationships with executives at all levels and in all industries, in order to close dealso Consult with prospects and existing customers regarding business objectives and requirements, and build long-lasting partnerships o Model a wide range of use cases in which Henon can drive business transformation across different industrieso Provide professional after-sales support with our ES team to maximize customer loyaltyo Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in piplelineo Think critically about sales insights and data and experiment with new growth tactics, What we offero Competitive compensation package o Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Henon’s growtho Remote first work environmento Offsites each year quarter hosted in various cities we operate in (Toronto, Montreal, Chicago, NY, Dublin)o High performing peers who want you to succeed
