The Account Manager plays an integral role within the customer account team, ensuring the flawless delivery, accuracy, and quality of the customer’s portfolio and investment. The Account Manager is the primary liaison between the customer, sales rep, customer service, and the production team throughout the organization. The responsibilities of the Account Manager are critical to creating and maintaining a positive end-to-end experience with our largest Customers – including a focus on proactive monitoring of the customer’s advertising solutions and evaluation of results, all in an effort to minimize risk and issues, maintain the optimal performance of the investment, and identify opportunities for incremental success. In accordance with their strategic knowledge and the credibility they will have established with the client, they will be able to identify avenues for diversification and growth on the account, which they will then work in close collaboration with sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer satisfaction assurance: Welcomes customer and explains the servicing model. Checks in with customers immediately after fulfillment to gauge contentment and address any concerns. Responds directly to customer inquiries regarding products, program performance, or optimization opportunities. Investigates and coordinates resolution of issues. Ensures delivery of optimal results and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance monitoring: Reviews and monitors campaign performance through analytics and reporting. Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for solutions. Facilitates regular performance reviews with relevant teams. Hosts and presents campaign performance to ensure client understanding and satisfaction.
  • Sales collaboration: Acts as a trusted advisor using extensive product knowledge. Coordinates follow-up on upsell opportunities with sales. Collaborates closely with sales and production teams.
  • Delivery of products and services: Coordinates with the customer and fulfillment team for content gathering, objective alignment, and timely delivery.
What do you need to become an account manager at Yellow Pages?

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or 2-3 years in performance media sales/marketing advisory
  • Experience managing B2B relationships with small- to medium-sized businesses
  • Understanding of website usability, SEO, social media, and digital products, with ability to interpret performance results
  • In-depth knowledge of SEM and display advertising
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Google Analytics & Kenshoo certification mandatory
  • Bilingual in French and English required
  • Intermediate knowledge of SF.com
