Job summary

Belimo in Mississauga seeks an Inside Sales and Estimating Support professional to build productive relationships with Belimo DSMs, RSMs and RACs, and engage directly with customers on behalf of the sales team.

Responsibilities include pre-PO support, handling pre-sales technical questions, preparing quotations, and maintaining CRM communications. The role emphasizes timely responses, accurate documentation, and cross-functional coordination to drive sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or applicable business program certification.
• Experience supporting a technical product, preferably in electro-mechanical device.
• Background in supporting manufacturing processes or technical products.
• HVAC background considered a plus.
• Proficient typing with high accuracy.
• Ability to interpret complex business documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• French or Spanish language skills are an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Dynamics, Word, Excel).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Address pre-sales technical questions on Belimo products (sizing, selection, troubleshooting, wiring, retro-fit).
• Process formal quotations and provide technical documentation to customers.
• Monitor and act on information in the inside sales support mailbox.
• Respond promptly and close out action items from communications.
• Coordinate and manage the Inside Sales Queue in our CRM system.
• Enter and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Support order entry and technical support as required.

Summary

Sales and Estimating Support will build productive business relationships working alongside Belimo District Sales Managers (DSM), Regional Sales Managers (RSM), and Regional Application Consultants (RAC). Sales and Estimating Support will also have the opportunity to engage directly with customers on behalf of the Belimo sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Pre-PO support to our Contracting and OEM Sales Managers.
• Through a peer review process, support customers and sales with pre-sales technical questions regarding Belimo product. These can include: sizing, selection, troubleshooting, wiring, retro-fit solutions, and competitive cross references.
• Process formal quotations and provide supporting technical documentation to internal and external customers.
• Monitor and execute on information contained in the inside sales support communication mailbox
• Provide timely responses and assist in closing out any action items from such communications.
• Coordinate and manage the Inside Sales Queue within our CRM system.
• Enter and track interactions with our customer is our CRM system.
• Support order entry and technical support as required.

Who You Are

• Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or an applicable business program certification.

• High degree of time management and organization required.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and maintain both a proactive and positive attitude.
• SAP experience is an asset.

Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 - $70,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
