Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead our client’s Burlington-based operations. You will drive inside sales, manage customer service, and oversee technical quotations through to project completion.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Sales, Purchasing and Operations across Canadian and US facilities to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in industrial inside sales, customer service or sales management.
• Experience supervising inside sales or customer service personnel preferred.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inside sales and customer service to meet division objectives.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee inquiries, quotations, sales orders, spare parts orders, and delivery tracking.
• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals in collaboration with engineering.
• Manage sales workflow from inquiry to contract award and production coordination.
• Support US operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams in Canada and the US.
• Participate in production meetings to align Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and CS.
• Coordinate aftermarket service, forecast opportunities, and source equipment when needed.
• Support independent reps and contribute to promotional materials and trade shows.
