Job summary

Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales/CounterSales Representative in Kingston, Ontario.

You will complete orders, source products, provide pricing within margins, and prepare small quotes for contracting jobs while sharing product knowledge with customers. Responsibilities include direct customer service by phone and at the counter, processing inquiries, ensuring stock availability, and expediting orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is essential.
• Good organizational skills.
• Computer literacy – proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the electrical industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high level of customer service
• Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives
• Putting away counter stock

Job Description

TheInside Sales/CounterSales Representativebased inKingston, ONis responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products. Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50000 – 65000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
