• Directly service customers via phone & email on a daily basis.

• Consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
• Make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
• Assist customers with any inquiries regarding ecommerce.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50000-65000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
