About the Business Development Department

At UPS, our Business Development team is the driving force behind our growth. Our Inside Sales Associate acts as a trusted advisor - for growing UPS Small Package business within the small customer segment.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Inside Sales Associate to grow UPS Brokerage for imports, exports, and partner solutions across healthcare, small package, and freight. This is a high-energy business development role with unlimited earning potential.

Job Type

Full-Time / Permanent / Remote

Workdays

Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)

Shift Hours

8.30 AM to 5.00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week)

Shift Duration

8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time)

Based in Canada

Wage Salary

$18.50 per hour

Requirements

• Plus 1 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry – Required
• Intermediate computer skills: Excel (Microsoft Office) – Required
• Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) – Required (regular interactions with clients outside Quebec – 50%)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong financial and market knowledge
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle | Class 5 License
• Availability to work flexible hours and provides own vehicle for business
• Bachelor's degree or International equivalent – Preferred
