Inside Sales Agent - Work from Home

Are you a driven, goal-oriented individual looking to make an impact with a well-respected brand? As an Inside Sales Agent working from home at Allstate, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers find the right protection for their needs while driving growth for the company. This role focuses on inbound customer interactions, where you’ll understand customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and make personalized recommendations to help protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Deliver outstanding sales performance by building trust and confidence with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them to Allstate’s products and services.
  • Provide Expert Product Recommendations: Master our offerings to recommend coverage options and rates using Allstate’s tools, ensuring each customer receives the best value and peace of mind.
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships: Expand household coverage, increase retention, and ensure customers feel fully supported. Use influential communication skills to nurture long-term relationships and improve satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Team and Leadership: Align with company growth strategies and set ambitious performance targets.
  • Stay Informed and Compliant: Attend ongoing training to stay updated on products, industry standards, and regulations. Your proactive approach to continuous improvement is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 0-2 years in sales or customer service (preferred)
  • Property & Casualty License preferred but not required; support provided for licensing
