Are you an Inside Sales Representative Telemarketing professional who enjoys talking to people and making connections? We’re looking for a driven individual to join our growing team. You’ll focus on outbound calling, lead generation, and booking qualified appointments for our sales reps. Our client, one of Canada’s fastest-growing commercial cleaning franchise brands, is on a mission to create healthier workplaces through sustainable, high-quality cleaning. Responsibilities:
– Make 50-70 outbound calls each day to businesses in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and nearby areas.
– Send professional, targeted emails to engage potential clients and support lead generation efforts.
– Introduce our commercial cleaning services in a friendly, professional way.
– Identify potential business needs and set qualified appointments for our sales reps to close.
– Use a structured script while also adapting to each conversation.
– Confirm availability and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.
– No follow up is required after booking the meeting; your focus will remain on outbound efforts.

Qualifications:
– Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
– Friendly, confident, and not afraid to talk to new people.
– Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM tools.
– Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales.
– Familiarity with B2B outreach.
– Background in customer service or cleaning services industry is a plus.
