Job summary

Roofmart, Canada’s national distributor for exterior building supply, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to join our team in Victoria. You will be the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone, handling sales transactions and building relationships with existing and new customers.

Offering a compensation range of $25-27 per hour, this role includes comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, RRSP match, paid vacation and more.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company.
• Authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch
• Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
• Providing world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
• Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
• Other duties as required
