Job summary

Roofmart, Canada’s national distributor for exterior building supplies, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to serve as the first contact for customers in-store and over the phone, driving sales and delivering world-class service.

You will process sales, reconcile daily banking, purchase goods, and build long-term relationships with existing customers while helping develop new ones, all while complying with health and safety rules.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company.
• Authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch.
• Complete sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing.
• Provide world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers.
• Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation.
• Other duties as required.
