Roofmart is seeking an Inside Sales professional to be the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone. You will manage sales transactions and help build long-term customer relationships while supporting daily branch operations.

The role emphasizes providing world-class service, accurate processing, and teamwork within a growing company. Candidates should have retail or sales experience and be authorized to work in Canada.

Job Responsibilities

• Serving as the customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch
• Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
• Providing world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
• Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company
• Authorized to work in Canada
