Roofmart, Canada’s national distributor for exterior building supply, seeks an Inside Sales representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone, handling sales transactions and building strong relationships to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, business, accounting, or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer’s first point of contact in-store or by phone.
• Complete sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing.
• Provide world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers and assist in development of new customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Serving as the customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch


• Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing


• Providing world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers


• Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation


• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
