Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Consultant to join our TankhaPay HR Cloud team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospective clients, and driving successful sales closures for TankhaPAY HR solutions. This position requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a proactive approach to building a pipeline and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Sales Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients, understand their HR needs, and introduce TankhaPAY HR Cloud solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking all customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions within the CRM system.
- Successful Lead Closure: Ensure the successful closure of provided leads by effectively guiding them through the sales process.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of TankhaPAY HR Cloud solutions and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their challenges and proposing tailored HR solutions that meet their business needs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to develop sales collateral, respond to inquiries, and provide support during the sales process.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide insights that can shape sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, BTech, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, tech solutioning, sales support, ideally within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities with an ability to close deals.
- Goal-oriented and self-driven with a proactive sales approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales techniques and technologies.
