We are looking for a Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team and teach AI chatbots. You will have conversations with chatbots to measure their progress and write new conversations to teach them appropriate responses.

Position Details:

• This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position
• You can choose which projects to work on
• Work on your own schedule
• Projects are paid hourly, starting at $20+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work

Responsibilities:

• Create diverse conversations on various topics
• Write high-quality responses based on prompts
• Compare performance of different AI models
• Research and fact-check AI responses for accuracy

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (native or bilingual)
• Completing or holding a bachelor's degree
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Strong research and fact-checking abilities
