Summer Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

1. Serve customers efficiently using our POS system, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
2. Participate in donation campaigns and customer surveys.
3. Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
4. Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.

About You:

1. Excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Legal eligibility to work in Canada (valid SIN, student or work permit).
3. Minimum age of 18 years.
4. Bilingualism (English and French) is a plus.
5. Willing to undergo a criminal background check.

Availability:

• Fridays (evenings), weekends (all day), with potential weekday shifts.
