Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Sidney, BC is seeking an Inside Sales associate to provide building materials knowledge to new and existing customers. You will greet visitors, handle phone inquiries, quotes, and orders, and assist in purchasing.

Coordinate with Shipping and Outside Sales to meet delivery schedules and timelines. Maintain strong customer relationships through reliable call-backs and excellent service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Inside Sales experience.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Customer service experience in fast paced setting required.
• Building material and home improvement product knowledge an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, and written English.
