Job summary

Bedard Resources in Montreal is seeking several Insertion Operators to support its expanding operations. The company currently has 7 positions to fill and offers a hands-on, dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.

In this on-site role, you will feed automated machines, monitor production, respond to stoppages, and perform quality checks. Starting wage is $19.00/hour with evening and night shift premiums.

Tasks

• Feed and supply automated machines with raw materials or components required for production;
• Ensure the proper operation of equipment and continuously monitor production activities;
• Review information and alerts displayed on control screens to ensure uninterrupted operations;
• Respond to production stoppages or unusual situations by following established procedures;
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the production process;
• Adjust simple machine settings according to production requirements;
• Perform any other related duties.
