ManpowerGroup, Inc. in Perth, Ontario is seeking motivated Machine/Production Operators to join a leading Canadian manufacturing team. The role involves operating production lines, receiving extensive training, and ensuring safe startup/shutdown of equipment while maintaining high quality outputs.

Shifts run 12 hours on a Continental roster with weekly pay and 4 percent vacation pay. There is potential for permanent hire and career growth within the organization for qualified candidates.

Our client in Perth has multiple, exciting, new opportunities as for Machine/Production Operators!! This company is a leader in the manufacturing industry and employs 1800 workers across Canada! Are you a mechanically inclined job seeker and would you like to be a part of this team ?!

Location: Perth

Rate: $18.63/hour

12 hour Shifts on a Continental Roster

Job Responsibilities:

• General Labour

• Troubleshooting

What you bring to the job?

• High school diploma required
• Mechanically Inclined
• Clear background check is required
• Controlled goods clearance will be issued upon meeting the requirements (need government issued Photo ID with address – OHIP card cannot qualify)
• Ability to lift and carry between 30 - 50lbs
• Understanding and experience using machinery and tools preferred
• Eagerness to learn with a positive team player attitude
• Ability to pay good attention to details
