Job summary

St Joseph's Health Care London seeks a Physiotherapist to join the Inpatient Stroke and Neurological Program at Parkwood Institute Main in London, Ontario. You will provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to rehabilitation patients, performing assessments, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating progress within a collaborative inter-professional team.

Qualifications

• Valid registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Minimum 2 years related experience as a Physiotherapist.
• Knowledge of OHSA safety culture in a health care setting.
• Clinical expertise in stroke rehabilitation and current best practices.
• Experience establishing rehabilitation goals and implementing strategies for attainment.
• Demonstrated patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and initiative; responsive to needs.
• Experience with outcome measurement in clinical practice.
• Ability to apply evidence-based research to practice.
