Job summary

University Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, coordinate and provide comprehensive nursing care to stroke and neurological rehabilitation patients at West Park Healthcare Centre.

You will assess patients, develop comprehensive nursing plans, implement rehabilitative care, document progress and coordinate interdisciplinary care with the team, providing support to patients and families during day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Current Ontario nursing registration.
• Strong rehabilitation nursing skills.
• Clinical assessment ability.
• Excellent communication.
• Interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Ability to work day and night shifts.
• Stroke or neurological experience preferred.

Responsibilities
