Job summary

Bimbo Canada is hiring an Assistant Innovation Manager to turn consumer ideas into viable products across a broad brand portfolio. You will report to the Innovation Manager and drive projects from insight through launch, collaborating with Brand Marketing, Product Development, Procurement and Finance.

The role requires a business/marketing or PM background, 2+ years in CPG, and strong analytic and collaboration skills to unlock growth across key brands. Ontario location with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management or related discipline.
• 2+ years in consumer-packaged goods; marketing and PM experience valued.
• Experience from insight to commercialization and in-market learning.

Responsibilities

• Translate consumer insights into opportunities and actions.
• Support 3–5 year roadmap with briefs and ideas aligned to priorities.
• Lead projects through Stage Gate process to launch approval.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Brand Marketing, Product Dev, Finance.
• Track launch performance and post-launch learning with data-driven actions.
