Job summary

Bimbo Canada is seeking a Business Development Manager- Food Service to drive profitable growth across Canada. You will identify opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business and 5+ years in DSD/CPG, with strong financial and analytical skills. Travel and cross-border collaboration may be involved, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a DSD environment and/or CPG industry.
• Experience managing Food Service is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability objectives for Canada and each customer in the portfolio.
• Manage & develop customer accounts by building relationships and driving new sales opportunities.
• Manage customer P&Ls, monitor KPIs like volume and pricing.
• Support regional customers with detailed business plans and coaching to sales force.
