Position Overview:

We’re looking for a bold, curious, and hungry Business Development Manager to help shape the future of Bimbo Canada’s business with Loblaw.

You’ll lead the Super.Market business unit Nationally (Conventional & RCSS) in this high‑visibility, high‑impact role where your ideas, hustle, and leadership directly shape national results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute smart strategies that grow sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Work with LCL partners to build strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and unlock incremental sales & revenue.
  • Manage the P&L, ensuring targets are met while finding creative ways to drive performance.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to bring ideas to life and ensure flawless execution.
  • Spot trends before they happen, identify risks, and bring forward innovative solutions.
  • Push thinking, challenge assumptions, and lead with a “how do we make this better?” mindset.
Experience & Education:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in CPG (DSD experience AND/OR experience calling on LCL is an asset).
  • A fire for sales — competitive yet collaborative, always pushing for better.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to own a P&L.
  • A creative problem solver who thrives in fast‑moving, complex environments.
  • Strong organization skills — able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Solid technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A reputation for curiosity, ownership, and exceptional follow‑through.

The annual salary range for applicants is: $87,500-$130,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors.
