Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) to deliver clinical services and coordinate care for patients across home and clinic settings in Canada. The role emphasizes safe, compliant care, documentation, and collaboration with clinicians and case managers.

The incumbent will travel within designated IBUs, follow nursing SOPs, and participate in ongoing education and program trainings to maintain high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Practical Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Experience with IV therapy is an asset.
• Current provincial nursing licensure; CPR certificate required.
• Experience in acute care inpatient/outpatient or homecare setting.
• Hold a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to travel to clinics and homecare within a geographic boundary.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (IM, SC and IV) in home or clinic settings.
• Support/monitor IV infusion treatments in clinic/homecare.
• Document activities per program protocols and standards.
• Provide patient education per program protocols.
• Report adverse events per training and policies.
• Coordinate with patients, case managers, physicians, scheduling and other departments to meet timelines.
• Travel within designated IBUs as needed.
• Complete ongoing education as required.
